Gabriel Unval

Gabriel specializes in corporate litigation and corporate governance. He advises and represents clients in complex commercial and corporate disputes, often involving joint venture disputes, inquiry proceedings, and conflicts with board members.
Prior to joining Stonewater, Gabriel worked at an international law firm in Amsterdam, gaining extensive experience in corporate law and corporate litigation, including mergers and acquisitions, post-M&A disputes and corporate governance matters.
In addition to his practice as a lawyer, Gabriel is a published author of several articles on corporate law and corporate litigation and a former editor of OR Updates.
